Services for Adult and Dislocated Workers:
Core Services  -  job search & placement, Labor Market Information, initial assessment, and follow-up;
Intensive Services  -  comprehensive assessment, employment plans, counseling, case management,  and prevocational services;  and
Training Services  -  occupational skills, on-the-job, entrepreneurial, skill upgrading, job readiness, training, and adult basic education.
                                                                                                               Please note that Core Services are universal, others vary by program, availability of funds, and board determined priority policy.

Services for Youth:
Dropout prevention strategies, alternative school, summer employment opportunities, work experience, occupational skills training, leadership development, supportive services, adult mentoring, follow-up, comprehensive guidance and counseling.

Job Matching System:
Computer Tracking System is Ohio Means Jobs (OMJ).

WIA Board & Councils:
The Marion County Workforce Policy Board meets bi-monthly;
The Local One Stop Council is the Life Long Learning Consortium which meets monthly;  and the Youth Council meets bi-monthly.
