Public Lobbies Remain Closed Until Further Notice.

In accordance with the directives from the Ohio Department of Health to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and with consultation from the Board of Marion County Commissioners, the public lobbies for Marion County Job & Family Services and Child Support remain closed until further notice.

Drop Off Documets

Documents for all programs can be placed in the agency drop box, which is located within the vestibule of the main entrance at 363 West Fairground Street.  There is also a separate drop box for overpayments.  These are available 24/7 and checked by staff daily:  Document Drop Boxes

 

Paper Applications Available

The paper application for cash, food, and medical assistance (7200) as well as paper applications for the Prevention, Retention & Contingency (PRC) program and other programs are located within the vestibule of the main entrance at 363 West Fairground Street:  Paper Applications & Forms

 

Submit Doucments by Email and Fax

Documents for programs can be emailed to marioncounty@jfs.ohio.gov or faxed to 740-387-2175 and these sources will be checked by staff daily.

 
 
Child Support
Visit mcjfs.com/child-support/ for information including the link to the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal, in order to access report changes and view/print case and payment information.  For limited information you may call 740-386-1100.
 
Public Assistance Programs
Visit benefits.ohio.gov to apply, renew or make changes for cash, food, or medical assistance.  You can also call 1-844-860-6446 to apply, renew, or make changes for cash, food or medical assistance.
